Northbrook vs Phoenix -which is better?

Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Northbrook sits at 661.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
