Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,420 people. You can expect to pay around $1,687 for rent here. Homes are going for about $376,200 on average. Rent is about $1,687/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
