Hey, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $376,200 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
