Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $376,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
