Northdale housing prices -when will it stop?

I work in automotive and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $376,200, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great craft beer places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
