The median home value here is around $376,200, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
