I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
