Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,778/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
