Is public transit usable in Northglenn?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Phoenix about 11 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Property taxes are high

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are reasonable, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The healthcare is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 6 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
