Hey everyone, I'm originally from Chicago and You can expect to pay around $1,671 for rent here. Median household income is $119,803, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
