Northridge housing prices -when will it stop?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and With a population of 7,546, Northridge is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The pet-friendliness is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
