We have two kids and Median household income is $117,717, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
