Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 2,170, Northwood is a small town. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
