Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,108 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 11,576 people. Homes are going for about $181,900 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
