Cheapest neighborhoods in Norwalk?

Hey, I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 91,375 people. You can expect to pay around $2,010 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Moved here from Baltimore about 3 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to nightlife but Hope this helps!.
