Is Norwalk a good place to live?

Alright, Household incomes average around $105,301 in Norwalk. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in West. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Definitely worth checking out..
