Moving to Norwalk -what should I know?

Curious what people think. Median household income is $105,301, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $535,000, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
