Norwalk in the winter -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $2,010 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the East side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The pet-friendliness is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
