My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Norwich sits at 382.4 per 100K. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
