What I wish I knew before living in Norwich

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $231,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Norwich sits at 382.4 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
