Housing market in Norwood right now

I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $2,056/month for a decent place. Median household income is $97,110, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,380 people. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Fairview for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- The walkability scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
