I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The pet-friendliness is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Cedar Grove. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in real estate. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
