The median home value here is around $228,300, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Norwood sits at 383.7 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
