Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $227,500, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 5,915, Norwood is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 5,915 people. Homes are going for about $227,500 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
