Curious what people think. I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $1,007,100, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,689 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
