I'm a college student here and It's a a smaller city city with about 52,689 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Definitely worth checking out..
