OK so I relocated for work and Median household income is $110,938, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $399,100 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
