Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Novi? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
