OK so It's a a small town city with about 8,028 people. You can expect to pay around $2,921 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
