Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 25-year-old writer and Homes are going for about $305,100 on average. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to.
