What's it really like living in Oak Creek?

I work in finance and Homes are going for about $305,100 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I'm a project manager and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
