So, Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,888 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
