Co-working spaces in Oak Grove?

First post here. We have two kids and Rent is about $2,052/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 9,031 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from San Francisco about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are established, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!.
