Worst things about Oak Grove nobody talks about

Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 9,031 people. Median household income is $114,679, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
