Oak Grove is underrated, change my mind

Hello, Been living here since 2013. The median home value here is around $485,200, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,694/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
