Job market in Oak Grove for tech?

Alright, Born and raised here. Median household income is $75,506, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $988/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $75,506 in Oak Grove. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The school system is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
