Planning a move to Oak Hill -neighborhoods?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 2,147, Oak Hill is a small town. The median home value here is around $281,300, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 11.8%, which is around average. Median household income is $75,474, which feels about average for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
