Moving to Oak Hills with kids -good idea?

Hi all, With a population of 11,464, Oak Hills is a small town. Homes are going for about $632,600 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Boston it's average.
