Remote worker thinking about Oak Hills

Curious what people think. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $632,600 on average. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Oak Hills? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in North for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- The dating scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
