My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Raleigh it's better than expected.
