Hey folks, I've been here for 10 years and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Oak Ridge sits at 36.7 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
