Hi all, Been living here since 2019. Household incomes average around $71,000 in Oak Ridge. With a population of 32,088, Oak Ridge is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
