Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,088 people. With a population of 32,088, Oak Ridge is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
