Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $71,000, which feels about average for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
