Anyone regret moving to Oakdale?

OK so I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $305,900 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
