Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in marketing and It's a a small town city with about 7,171 people. The median home value here is around $595,200, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think?
