Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 12,700, Oakland is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

First post here. Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 12,700, Oakland is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
