Cheapest neighborhoods in Oakland Park?
I've been here for 17 years and Homes are going for about $352,600 on average. With a population of 44,015, Oakland Park is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
