Hi all, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $352,600 on average. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $68,424 in Oakland Park. Poverty rate is 9.7%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
