Most overrated things about Oakland Park

OK so I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 44,015 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
