Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 35-year-old chef and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Riverside area are underrated. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much reasonable but now it's hit or miss.
